Weekdays
Morning prayer is said in church at 9:00 am on Mondays to Saturdays throughout the year.
There is a Holy Communion Service, using the Book of Common Prayer, on the first two Wednesday mornings of each month at 10:00 am.
There are special midweek services as we keep the Church’s year, e.g. Ash Wednesday, Good Friday, Holy Saturday etc.
Sundays
8:00 am – Holy Communion is a quiet service, without hymns or sermon, celebrated in accordance with the 1662 Book of Common Prayer. Many find the poetic language of this service peaceful yet stimulating.
9:00 am – On the first Sunday of the month, there is a service of Holy Communion at Pedlinge Chapel also using the 1662 Book of Common Prayer.
9:30 am – Parish Communion (except on the first Sunday in each month) includes hymns and a sermon.We use Common Worship.
10:00am – On the first Sunday of the month we have a Family Service without Communion. Anyone, of any age and, whether they have been to this before or not, would feel at ease.
Choral Evensong – from time to time we have Choral Evensong with an anthem and sermon. The time varies please check the calendar for details.
Family services vary for Mothering Sunday and Remembrance Sunday. On the fifth Sunday of a month services may change in time and location as we join with St. Stephen’s Lympne. Please check the calendar for details.
